When you create an account, Titan stores your email address, authentication identifier, and account name. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is not stored as readable text. To build and adapt your program, Titan stores the fitness and health-related data you enter: foundation answers (goal, experience, schedule, equipment, bodyweight, and self-reported caution areas), workout logs (exercises, sets, loads, reps, and reps in reserve), daily recovery check-ins, nutrition entries, cardio completion, and bodyweight entries.
Your data is used to provide account functionality and to generate and adapt your training program, estimated nutrition targets, cardio suggestions, progress history, and exports. Titan does not sell it, share it with advertisers, use it for cross-app tracking, or use it for marketing.
Account and synchronized fitness data are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication service provider, in the United States. Database row-level security restricts account records to the authenticated owner. Titan’s plan resolver, readiness heuristic, nutrition estimate, and next-set calculations run locally in the app or browser; those calculations are not sent to an advertising network or generative-AI model. A device-local copy is retained for reloads and temporary offline use.
Your data is retained while your account exists and is destroyed when you delete your account. We keep no backups of deleted accounts beyond our infrastructure provider's standard short-term backup windows.
Titan is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed at children.
Material changes to this policy will be announced in the app. Questions: see the Support page.
