Welcome back.
Complete today’s check-in to generate an evidence-based recommendation.
Day 1: Quads, upper chest, and lat width.
Save today’s recovery check-in before the dashboard determines whether to run the session normally or apply safeguards.
Today’s mission.
Start with Recovery, then execute each task from this authoritative checklist. Every completion is saved to the same dated record used by Overview and Training.
Day 1
Quads + Upper Chest + Lat Width
Day 2 · Hamstrings + Back Thickness + Biceps
Complete today’s workout to lock in the next session. It will become active on your next training date.
The dashboard will synchronize its training recommendation after the check-in is saved.
Stop each compound at the target RIR shown for today’s assigned session.
Day 1 · Calibration
Log weight, reps, and actual RIR. The system will compare performance against the prescription and recommend the next exposure.
Hack Squat
3 sets · 6–10 reps · 3 RIR · 3 min rest
| Set | Previous | Weight | Reps | RIR | Complete |
|---|
Complete all prescribed sets before a next-session recommendation is generated.
Progress that explains itself.
Completed workouts appear immediately. Titan waits for a complete seven-day window before issuing a full progress evaluation.
Fuel the outcome.
Log today’s calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Titan shows what remains against your personalized daily targets.
There is not enough weight and intake history to justify an adjustment. The decision remains unchanged until sufficient real data exists.
Recover with intent.
Preview the score as you move the sliders. The rest of the dashboard updates only when you explicitly save the check-in.
Two consecutive poor lower-body sessions trigger a review of stationary-bike resistance or duration before lifting volume is reduced.
Weekly review.
A weekly report is generated only after a complete dated week exists. Historical summaries will never be fabricated from sample values.
Building your first weekly snapshot
Titan will publish the report after seven calendar days of real records.
Consistency score: planned workouts 60%, recovery check-ins 20%, and logged support habits 20%. Unlogged support habits are shown separately until you begin tracking them.
Continue the active rotation. Skipped or recovery days hold the unfinished workout instead of advancing the plan.
